What is your return policy for furniture?

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Made to Order' pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All Furniture City products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains, rips, or hardware damage.

Can I request fabric or wood swatches before buying?

Absolutely. We offer up to five free fabric or wood finish swatches so you can ensure the materials perfectly match your home's lighting and existing decor.

How do I track my delivery status?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large furniture items, our local delivery partner will call you 24-48 hours in advance to schedule a specific delivery window.
